All en-suite cabins, or suites, are fitted with air conditioning, plasma screen televisions and DVD players. There is one suite located on the upper deck that goes a step further, with a private Jacuzzi bathtub – ideal for honeymooning dive enthusiasts. As you might expect, service aboard the Handy Cruise is second-to-none. As a welcome onto the board, the crew gives all guests an amazing serving of fresh fruit in their suite, and then the day of diving and luxury begins. Three meals are served each day in the expansive dining room, along with snacks and beverages and once a week, an amazing picnic is served up on a secluded island – absolute paradise! Vacationers aboard Handy Cruise take either two or three dives each day, with the last dive always scheduled on the penultimate day of the vacation, to avoid any health complications for guests flying out of the Maldives immediately after the safari. Divers should remember to bring their logbooks and PADI certification card, and for those who have never dived before, let the safari organizers know when you book the vacation, and you can take all your qualifications during the trip under the instruction of a qualified PADI instructor.
